Laundry room with Washer & Dryer. All hard surface flooring throughout (no carpet), kitchen has new appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, quartz counters, all utensils stocked and available. There's a dining space with 4 chairs. Comfortable living room with windows, couch and recliner, and wall mounted Smart TV. Each of the bedrooms offer a queen sized bed. Patio with 4 chairs/table/umbrella, propane grill, outdoor space is plentiful. We have a bags set included as well. Firepit (solo stove, bring your own wood). The driveway can comfortably park 2 cars, maybe a 3rd. If you have a small boat that you're towing, that would fit too depending on it's size. We're located less than 5 minutes from: Fox River boat launch, Sideouts in Island Lake, The Broken Oar, Walgreens and more! Jewel in Island Lake is 10 min away.
