This Waterfront Condo is located literally on the edge of the beautiful Charlottetown Marina and Harbour. This sunny luxurious Condo is within walking distance of fine restaurants, arts and culture at the Confederation Centre of the Arts and many local Pubs, Breweries and Nightclubs.

Speaking of walking, the scenic Charlottetown Boardwalk walking trail system passes by the front of the Studio building for easy access for running or walking. These walking trails also connect to the much larger and famous Confederation Trails system, this a shared use walking and cycling trail in the summer that goes from one end of the Island to the other . It was born when the Railways were abandoned in 1989 on PEI. With beautiful rolling hill scenery, quaint villages and broad bay seascapes, the Confederation Trail is Prince Edward Island's portion of the Trans Canada Trail.

All major downtown Events are actually moments from this Charlottetown waterfront location. This Condo is perfect as a central headquarters if planning to head out to explore the Gentle Island , then returning to comfortable surroundings to relax, rejuvenate and plan your next day with all the amenities of home.

This centrally located Condo includes free parking, a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen and a patio with a beautiful view of the Charlottetown Harbour where you will see cruise ships coming and going from our beautiful city. Common area roof deck is available also for panoramic views of Downtown Charlottetown. Enjoy easy access to the Bi-pass highway heading East or West for your exploration of our Gentle Island. You will be an easy 20 minute drive from the very popular Brackley and Stanhope beaches on the North Shore of PEI.

If you are visiting in September, every year there is a major event known as the Prince Edward Island International Shellfish Festival, a four-day festival packed with culinary demos, celebrity chefs, delicious dining experiences, the best of the best potato seafood chowder and oyster shucking competitions. At night dance the night away at the biggest East Coast kitchen party, with some of Atlantic Canada’s best known entertainment. This Condo is literally 5 Minute walk from the Charlottetown Event Grounds which host this fantastic event each September.

Great location in the heart of the Charlottetown Seaport. We were steps away from restaurants, the Founders Market, Cows ice cream, cable car tour, and front row seats for Canada Day fireworks. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

We were in town for USports Rugby and foynd this fantastic condo! Easy walk to to great restaurants and pubs. Great harbour view. The guest guide in the condo was very helpfull too. Definitely recommend this accommodation!

The condo was a great location, with a view of the harbour. We loved watching the cruise ships come and go. The balcony was a perfect place to sit in the evening, not to mention an excellent view of the Harvest Full Moon during our stay. Parking was perfect, and we enjoyed the ease of coming and going with the car. All the downtown shopping and dining are within walking distance. The unit was impeccably clean, and we appreciated it! We are going to try and make it a yearly visit, as we love all the PEI has to offer. Many thanks to our hosts!

We had a great long weekend. The location is convenient if you don't mind noise at night, and the condo is well appointed and clean. My only complaints: (1) Air conditioning: There's a wall unit in the main living area and a noisy one in the MBR. The second BR is not air conditioned. On warm evenings, that makes for an uncomfortable sleep in the second BR. (2) Maintenance: A toilet that runs on all day and all night; and bedroom doors that don't stay shut. The latter is a problem as on cooler evenings we could open the windows but then the doors fly open and slam closed. The laundry room door also doesn't stay shut.

Great location. Near the activity yet quiet and peaceful. Walk everywhere if you want! Condo extremely pleasant and comfortable. Has everything you need. Great view! Favorite spot was the balcony with comfy seating.

We had a wonderful stay here while in Charlottetown. The condo location was perfect for my family as it was central to all the shops and restaurants in Historic Downtown Charlottetown. There was so much for us to see and do and it was nice to be to able to leave the car and walk around the area. The condo’s balcony was our favourite place to gather as a family. It was perfect for morning coffees and evening drinks. We even were able to watch a cruise ship dock in the port. The owners were very attentive to our questions and requests and were extremely responsive. I would definitively book this condo again if I was to return to the Island. The only comment I have is the listing said there were 3 bathrooms, but there are only 2 full baths. But not a huge deal.

Property and location are perfect! Condo is very well maintained and organized, everything looked new. Five minute or less walk to shops, food and entertainment. We would often find ourselves just enjoying the view and watching the world go by. Excellent location to base your PEI visit out of with day trips to Cavendish, Georgetown and more.

The condo was everything we could have hoped for - secure, quiet, comfortable, immaculate, and exceptionally well-equipped. The lovely view of the harbour was the icing on the cake. There were wonderful restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity, the Visitor Information Centre was right next door, and downtown Charlottetown was within easy walking distance. It was a great home base for exploring other parts of the Island too. Ideal location for our first trip to PEI! Thank you, Susan and Danny!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Charlottetown. The condo was like “coming home” after our days of beach walking and hiking. Its location makes it very easy to navigate to all destinations on the island. There are numerous excellent restaurants nearby and it is well equipped for eating in. We highly recommend it. For us it was a five star fit!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our holiday to Charlottetown! Danny’s condo unit is located in an ideal location for all the activities and sights of Charlottetown. Check in was without drama and Danny was quick to help me out when I realized I made a mistake in our check out date! Fortunately he could accommodate us adding another night with very little notice! Thanks! We can highly recommend!

Great unit in a very clean and quiet building. Large enough for 2 couples sharing. Lots of thought went into this by the owners by way of furnishings and amenities nothing to do but enjoy. The condo has a fantastic view of the harbour short easy walk along the boardwalk and downtown. Lots of restaurants and pubs, shops to choose from. I would highly recommend it to anyone. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Charlottetown.

Couldn’t have enjoyed this place more. Even though the island was experiencing some of the effects of Hurricane Lee, it was safe and comfortable. Excellent walking access to just about everything you want to see or enjoy. Hope we get a chance to return.

We had a great stay in this beautiful Condo. Well located, views of the Ships docking, the boardwalk around the harbour and an easy walk to the centre of town, restaurants, shops etc. Unit was very clean and had all of the essentials needed for an enjoyable stay.

This was our 2nd time staying here and as before we really like staying here as you simply cannot beat the location. The property is clean, well equipped with comfortable beds and free parking and you can walk anywhere downtown. During our stay 7 cruise ships visited which was great fun people watching from the balcony and these ships were so incredibly quiet. Watching them dock was fascinating. During our stay the weather was unseasonably warm and humid and since both bedrooms have west facing windows it means the rooms can get quite warm. Fortunately there are ceiling fans and portable fans in both bedrooms which helped because the temperatures did not drop off at night so of the 5 nights we were there opening windows was only possible 1 night. The A/C unit is located in the living/kitchen area and does not reach the bedrooms. There is nothing that can be done about this and it certainly doesn't detract from the joy of the property it is just a quirk of the building design.

Property is located on the water with a great view. It is within walking to all of Charlottetown’s amenities.The only draw back is dealing with VR BO. They over charged us for the taxes & were very difficult to deal with. There solution to the problem was cancell & get a refund…. Totally unacceptable & unprofessional.we will never deal with VRBO again!!!
