Where you'll be in Charlottesville, Virginia, United States Our location is great! We're a few minutes away from UVA main grounds, the UVA main hospital, Darden/Law School, and walking distance to the UVA stadium. We also have a shopping center in 2 minutes drive with groceries stores, Starbucks, dinning options, planet fitness and a movie theater.

We are close to route 29 which allows easy access to wineries, shopping, and the beautiful trails in the area. It's about a ten minute drive to Monticello and surrounding vineyards and 30 minutes from Skyline Drive National Park. Our neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. We are five minutes away by car to Historic Downtown Charlottesville and the West Main Corridor. Restaurants include Maya, L'Etoile, Bella, Continental Divide, Blue Moon Diner, Orzo, Public Fish & Oyster, Moto Pho and all of the wonderful restaurants on Charlottesville's Downtown Mall: Tempo, Commonwealth and Sky Bar, C&0, Mono Loco, Bang, Downtown Grill and more! The Downtown Mall is also a great place to see a show at the Charlottesville Pavilion, The Jefferson Theater, the Southern Music Hall, Live Arts or The Paramount Theatre.

Local attractions include historic sites such as Thomas Jefferson's Monticello, James Madison's Ash Lawn Highland, James Monroe's Montpelier and a slew of award winning wineries and breweries.

We are on the City of Charlottesville #4 bus line. The front parking can fit about 4-6 cars. There is also free street parking available.

This was an immaculate and very comfortable house and we really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space to relax and hang out and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were! I didn't realize the 4th bedroom was on a lower level so I think that could be called out better (unless i just completely missed it) and the only complaint I had was that the driveway was not easy to get out of - only because the neighbors put up cones so that was a little inconvenient! Otherwise this home is great and I would definitely recommend a stay here! Thanks!

Well stocked home in kitchen and with toiletries! It is in a busy area but perfect for us going to JPJ. Very spacious home and comfortable beds. I would recommend it.

Christmas in Charlottesville

Once again, our family had a wonderful stay at this large home in Charlottesville. We celebrated Christmas with family from out of town and those who live in Charlottesville. The house was exceptional and the reservation and check in/out process easy. Highly recommend!

UVA Graduation weekend

If you are hosting family for a graduation weekend, this house is ideal. It is about a 6 minute drive to UVA grounds, and in close proximity to the downtown mall. The host is very accommodating. I recommend it.

The property was just right for our family gathering at Christmas. The spacious nature of the house gave everyone their space and provided the family with the space for the holiday dinners. Very clean and well appointed. Contact with the manager was excellent and responses were prompt and professional. Highly recommend!

Outstanding stay in Charlottesville!

We had a lovely stay at International House in Charlottesville! It was our first time to the area & the home was ideally situated between everything we were looking to enjoy - golf, downtown, vineyards, restaurants, etc. The home was immaculately clean, well appointed & incredibly spacious. The beds were also unbelievably comfortable! Our host, Chabbi was super responsive, incredibly gracious & simply a delight to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will definitely be back!

We were in Charlottesville for my daughter's wedding at Trump Winery. We had 2 sets of great-grandparents, 1 set of grandparents, 3 adult children, a 2- & a 3-year-old and a black lab. There was plenty of space to spread out or gather all together. Property contact was very responsive.

Just Wonderful!

My family and I were in town for a wedding, visiting from Michigan. We had a fabulous stay at this house. Check-in was smooth and communication prior to our stay was excellent. The house is well maintained and very clean. It had all the items needed to help enhance our stay as well with nice decor and comfortable furniture. 10/10 would recommend!

Great Family-sized house, great lovation

We were in Charlottesville for a long weekend to celebrate our son’s wedding. This house could not have been more perfect! We had 8 adults, an infant and a dog. Online description was accurate, house was very clean, great lay-out, comfortable beds, plenty of seating in both the living room and dining areas. Nice supply of coffee, tea, paper towels, etc. Central location in C’ville and close to UVA’s campus. Host was very responsive and even let us check out a little later to accommodate the final morning of wedding weekend festivities, which was much appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

Girls weekend

Spent girls weekend here and it was perfect! Clean, plenty of rooms and bathrooms for us all to get ready and great central location to wineries and close to downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient spot!

We had a good weekend in Charlottesville at this house! The owner was great - we really appreciated her letting us know that the house was ready before the check-in time so that we could head there straight from the airport. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent stay at Christmas

We very much enjoyed renting 110 Harris while waiting the arrival of our baby grandson and Christmas celebration. It was a long stay and the rental was very clean, very good supply of towels/washcloths. The spacious family room w/ gas fireplace and two large, cozy sofas was a real plus. The owner was easy to contact and very welcoming. Hope to return again to International House. Thank you Chaubi!
