On the 15th hole

It was lovely. The house was clean and well layed out. Washer and dryer were great, bedding comfortable. We really enjoyed the porch. Lovely view of the 15th hole. And we were able to walk the cart path prior to the club opening and it was a challenging walk. I am a nature lover and this house had an abundance of flowers in the yard. Birds and wildlife. It was also a pretty easy walk to the overlook just down the hill. 1 of the best views at Wintergreen. Hike back up was a little more strenuous. Property Manager was great. The location is more secluded then some locations at Wintergreen and we enjoyed the quiet and peace! Would stay at this lovely home again and hope the deer come back to visit.

Wonderful Mountain Home

We had a great vacation. The home was so nicely decorated and conveniently located. We will definitely stay here again. Only issue we had were dirty dishes in the cabinets but that is of no fault of the owners.

Very clean, spacious, comfortable mountain home.

Great stay. Always very lucky and high standards for cleanliness. Was very impressed with property and amenities for cooking. Would definitely recommend and return. Great for families that might need a few separate hangout spaces as well.

Family trip

I have stayed at this cabin twice now. The most recent trip I was a little disappointed with the level of cleanliness. There were small pieces of glass on the first floor, my mom got a piece of glass stuck on the bottom of her foot and I was terrified that my 18 month old son was going to be next. The comforter on the first floor had blood on it which totally grossed me out and the pillows on the bed were stained yellow. Besides that the house was great, the way the house is designed is perfect for my family.

Relaxing Girls Weekend Trip

Our weekend away from the hustle and bustle was fantastic. This house had plenty of room for us to be together or separate. A little chilly in some places due to the extreme cold of the weekend. Definitely considering booking here again for future weekends away.

Annual family ski trip

We enjoyed our stay at your home very much. But were surprised that the floor plan on the first floor with the kitchen did not include a seating area, only a table with chairs. The pictures make it look like a seating area is in the kitchen area. We pulled in chairs from the porch for the family to sit in but would have preferred a living area in the proximity of the kitchen. It is also important to note that the loft has no closet or bathroom. Other than the floor plan issues, we enjoyed the home, especially the kitchen and fireplace very much. We would have preferred some firewood to have been included.

Great break from the summer heat

At 3500 feet of elevation, the average temperature at this home was 15 to 20 degrees cooler in the month of July than our home in Williamsburg, VA. The house was clean and well stocked and we enjoyed the stay. We recommend this property.

Great house

We go on a girls trip every year and this is the second year we stayed at this house. Plenty of room for all 7 of us, love the kitchen and the location has access to trails with beautiful views.

Very nice, well stocked home

Clean, well-stocked home with great layout for a large friend group. View is of golf course, mountains and listing was misleading: it mentioned the resort restaurant, pool, and other amenities which were NOT available to us because member passes were not included in the rental. Of course we assumed they would be since the amenities were highlighted in the listing. Very disappointing; that listing needs to be updated.

The place is is very well stocked and the decor is great. There is so much room! Great kitchen if you enjoy cooking and a beautiful fireplace. Beds are very comfy. Just be ready roller coaster ride to get up to the mountain!

Amazing house!

Our families LOVED this house. Everything is updated and the rooms were perfect for our group. We played games on the main level and set up our projector and played their Wii Sports all weekend. The kids loved it and we just loved the big, open space. Also, this is the first place we've rented that actually supplied a lot of the necessities (coffee, dish soap, extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.). There were tons of extra towels and blankets, if needed. We will definitely be revisiting this beautiful house again next year!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving at this Wintergreen Resort home . The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of items to prepare meals. There was a lot of room for everyone. Beautiful location.

Lovely home…perfect for 2 families

We were a group of 4 adults and 5 teens (ages 13-20) and had a ball. Lots of space and fully stocked kitchen for our meals made at the cabin. Great location (near the pool and nice view of the golf course) along with games and a wonderful deck to sit on to enjoy time outside. This home has it all and was very clean. We love the enclosed porch and spent a lot of time enjoying this space. Thank you for a great cabin to enjoy our summer vacation together.

Beautiful home

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The home is clean, stocked with all essentials (k-cups, silverware, toilet paper, blankets, etc) and beautifully decorated. I love the layout which is conducive for spending family time. We took a walk on the golf course sidewalk, enjoying the scenery. All TVs had Amazon and Netflix, making it easy to watch a movie or tv show. Our only issue was trying to find the location to drop off the trash at the end of our stay; my hubby drive up and down the mountain looking. The property is about 15 minutes up the mountain, so simple runs for groceries will take awhile. There's isn't much to do in the area either, besides a few places to eat and an antique shop or two. Be advised that the instructions booklet in the house says 11am check out but the property management team emails visits to check out by 10. However, the scenery is lovely, the home was also very comfortable, well appointed, and immaculate. We would love to stay again!

Beautiful

We had an amazing time at this property. With the beautiful views and landscape. I would definitely suggest bringing everything you need for your stay or getting it at the store before heading up the mountain. But other than that an absolutely perfect house for a family vacation.
