Very beautiful home and property! The most amenities Iā€™ve ever seen in a rental. The property manager really takes care of people who rent his home if you stay here make sure you go by the house first before going to the store or anything else because he has Food and drinks along with every spice youā€™ll need to cook!! Had a great stay!

The farmhouse was exactly as advertised and shown. Jeff was a great host who was readily available and responsive to any question or issue. My sister and I were treating my father for his 85th birthday and the farhouse was the perfect place in the perfect location for it as we felt right at home. Being a short drive away from anywhere we wanted to go while having the quiet privacy of the location was was the icing on the cake. A lot of memories were made this weekend that include the farmhouse. Can't wait to come back!

Awesome property

This property was awesome! The house was great and the host Jeff was awesome to deal with. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Our family consisted of 4 adults, and 2 children. We had so much room to play and enjoy our time. We were so thankful that the host stocked the pantry and the refrigerator. We also liked the array of games. This property is beautiful and roomy.. we cannot wait to stay here again! This house is beautiful and we loved it.

Great location and spacious

We were 4 adults visiting the area and couldnā€™t be more pleased with how convenient the house was to various wineries, historic sites, and downtown Cā€™ville. Jeff was very responsive to any questions and provided a nicely stocked kitchen and fridge. Lots of space to spread out and comfy beds. We would rent again.

Beautiful house and property and very well-equipped kitchen. The location was perfect for all the attractions we visited. Beautiful Weekend

Very impressed with the property. The house had all the amenities yu could want. We sat outside watching the birds and the view was spectacular. We were celebrating 53 years since we graduated from college. Highly recommend visiting Monticello get the full package. Went to several vineyards but make sure you go to the Trump vineyard. The views and hospitallity were incredible. My husband wants to go now.

Winery Weekend

This house is in the perfect location! We enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the hummingbirds and two fawns playing in the field. There was a path mowed to the pond and we loved taking a walk there. Very clean house! Can't wait to stay again!

Lovely stay

This home was wonderful with everything we needed. The birdwatching was excellent from the kitchen and front porch. Communication with the owner was seamless. Did our annual fruit picking at Chile's in Crozet - blueberries, blackberries, AND peaches on the same day! All in all, a lovely week.

Beautiful scenery

We stayed here to visit family in Charlotteville. The location is perfect ,outside of town but minutes away from everything you want to do. Jeff was very generous with the food he left for us to eat during our stay. Bird watching was an added bonus. Jeff was very responsive to any question. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable.

UVA & Lake Monticello Visit

Charming and super comfortable home on spacious, serene property. We were visiting our daughter at UVA but wanted to stay outside of Charlottesville and knew we would be visiting Lake Monticello. This home is perfectly located far enough from town to enjoy the country air but within 20 minutes of UVA and downtown. Thomas Jefferson Parkway itself if a beautiful drive and filled with stop offs like Carter Mountain and Monticello hiking trails. The home, just as described, is charming with modern amenities making it very comfortable. Clean, fully stocked, and hosts that make sure all needs are met. Highly recommend and will look for another opportunity to stay here.

Comfortable and well stocked

A very comfortable and quiet house, family friendly and well stocked kitchen, beds very comfortable and towels are thick and soft. We very much appreciated the coffee and breakfast items which were so generous and which saved us a trip to the grocery store after long days of travel! ! The property is peaceful. Restorative to me during a stressful time. Close to Monticello, Carterā€™s orchard (donuts!) and a vineyard for fun, also a nice walking trail at bottom of mountain. Host is welcoming and responsive. Thank you!
