Year-round Family fun on the water

Dockside Destiny has everything you need for a great Lake Norman vacation. Like any lake trip it starts at the water. Enjoy floating in a great neighborhood cove just a few doors off the deepest water of the main lake near the 150 bridge but protected for your safety and enjoyment. Take the kayaks or stand-up paddleboard that are included with the house; splash on the 17'x6' floating mat; or rent a boat or jet skis from nearby marinas and dock them right at the house with easy access.
Enjoy the view from the dockside gazebo with built-in misting system for your comfort, and TV for entertainment.
As you move off the water the lower level greets you with a spacious furnished patio. Gather around the built-in fire pit for smores or throw some burgers on the Blackstone griddle and enjoy a beverage from the bar steps away in a large basement perfect for your group.
The basement includes a full set of family room furniture and large smart TV, a pool table, a throwback electronic gaming table, and two tables for gathering over food, drinks and games. The basement is also the location of a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds along with a new full bathroom with rainfall shower.
The remaining bedrooms are on the main floor, all with luxury foam mattresses. The sizable master includes a king size bed, deck access and a large picture window overlooking the water. The master bath includes a double sink, makeup vanity, whirlpool tub and dual head shower.
The other full bathroom is shared by two queen sized bedrooms – one with front yard view and vaulted ceiling and the other with water view and access to the screened in porch. All bedrooms on the main level include mounted smart TVs.
A functional office is located off the family room and doubles as sleeping space for two people with a day bed and roll-out trundle.
The remainder of the main level includes plenty of gathering space for your whole crew. A well-appointed gourmet kitchen with high end appliances is open to a breakfast area, family room, and beautiful dining room. You exit to an oversized deck with another gas grill, a large umbrella-covered table and additional bench seating, all with tranquil views of the water. Off the deck is a screened in porch with additional swing, love seats and ceiling fans -- a great spot for a peaceful morning coffee or catching up on a little work.
