Location was very good as we wanted to be close to the UNCC campus with easy driving access to highways. Front desk and valet parking service was excellent. Access to satisfactory public dining options was a short walk from the hotel. The only real negative was lack of working hotel Wi-Fi internet access for our cell phones.

The property is amazing, the woman that checked me in was rude, she gave off a nice-nasty attitude but after being checked in and not having to deal with the woman that checked me in anymore I really enjoyed my stay! Your bartender is very kind, welcoming and helpful. I would recommend this property 1,000xs!!!!

Terrible customer service from the Front Desk.
I stayed here on 2/17. I had to wait two hours because my room wasn't ready on time. The gentleman at the front desk took down my number and said he would call me when the room was ready. He never called. I sat around waiting for two hours then I had to return to the desk to find out the room was already ready he just never called to tell me. He said he would add 10,000 points for my Marriott member account to make up for the wait. He lied again, he never added the points. I asked the lady about the points when I checked out in the morning. She told me she added them to my member account. She lied as well, she never added the points. They were completely unprofessional and dishonest.
