Other things to note
There is a lot of street parking on Kingston Ave right in front of the house. Pets are welcome on a pre-accepted basis which will include a pet fee of $50 per pet, per stay. Please be sure to clean up after your pets or you will be assessed a $25 fee. Smoking is only allowed outside and you will be assessed a $250 fee for smoking of any kind in the home.
