Incredible game room inside includes pool table, ping pong, arcades, foosball, air hockey & more. Outside, you have a large private pool, hot tub, sand volleyball, pickleball, basketball, putt putt, playground, mega chess, bowling and a fire pit. 3 access lots included w/ boat ramps and a boat dock. Fun for the whole family!

Backyard is truly a resort for entire family. Completely private and incredibly fun. Outside of the private pool & hot tub below are activities outside:

Entertainment: Large back patio, ample outdoor furniture, pool floats/toys, and a fully fenced 8ft privacy fence.
- Grilling: Propane grill provided (utensils included). Charcoal grill available (bring your own charcoal).

★ LAKE NORMAN ACCESS

You will receive a key to 3 private access lots nearby:

- Swim, kayak, or paddleboard.
- Boaters: There are 3 boat ramps available. Access Lot 2 features a brand-new custom dock for easy loading/unloading. Boat rentals are located nearby.

Guest Notes

- Tech: 1GB Wi-Fi and 4K Roku TVs in every single bedroom (plus living areas).
- Pets: Up to 3 pets allowed with a $250 pet fee. (More pets? Contact us for pricing based on breed/size).
- Boat cannot be parked on dock. It must be loaded and unloaded and can be parked on our property
