Romantic Lakefront Suite with Great Views

This spacious guest suite is brand new and built in 2018, it is a private bedroom/bathroom located as part of our house on the ground level. Guests can use the separate room with a table and chairs for eating. The Suite also has its own entrance. The Suite is appointed with hardwood flooring and new furnishings. The Suite is part of a 6000sq. ft. home situated on a point lot with amazing views of Lake Norman. Wake up and see the sunrise or relax on the dock and watch the sunset over the lake! Enjoy the views from the 7 person hot tub. The separate structure (boathouse) on the property is not the suite.

Use the paddle board, canoe, 2 kayaks and floats provided which can be found in the standalone boathouse also pictured. We also have a 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 on the property. Property number1076055 that will work for small family or friends wanting to get together, both have private entrances. There are 2 friendly Golden Retrievers on the property.

The house and property are quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed a few sunsets in front of the fire pit. The weather wasnā€™t great while we were there so unfortunately we didnt get to enjoy the lake life more. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. We were also greeted with their lovable boys. The pups just wanted to hang out with us and get pets. I would love to visit again.

My sister and I spent two days at this property and could not have enjoyed it more. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family or anyone I know traveling to the Mooresville area. The host was extremely gracious, the accommodations were top-notch and it was the perfect place to relax and revive.

Although this is a room in a larger home, it feels private and has a separate entrance. Dawn was very friendly, and the doggo greeting committee even better! Very comfortable and absolutely gorgeous lake views. The hot tub was awesome too!

Thoroughly impressed with the overall property the facilities were top notch. The property managers were very personable, courteous as well as professional. Theyā€™re not for a romantic getaway, the setting was very peaceful and serene, a time for reflection. This will definitely be a return visit

This stay was amazing, i caught an allergic reaction after getting in the hot tub but its justy skin is sensitive, probably from the chemaicals used to clean it.

Property is gorgeous! The suite was very clean and all the special touches were appreciated. Unfortunately, it was quite windy and cool so we didnt get a chance to enjoy the hot tub. We miss it already.

Location was amazing! You can see so much from the property! Suite was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Well equipped and quiet suite. Hot tub was a bonus at the end of the day. Really nice space. Owners were gracious and attentive to our needs. *Just a side note, if you're seeking total privacy, that may or may not be an option, depending on if the apartment (which is listed in description, btw) next to the suite is being rented out by another party.
