— A government ID is required upon booking (Must be 21 years or older to book).


TIMELY CHECKOUTS
Late checkouts will incur a fee of $125. Our turnover team is on a pretty tight schedule, and unfortunately, we can’t accommodate checkouts past 11 am. Please return the key to where you originally picked it upon arrival.


SMOKING
Not allowed in or around the property (this also includes hookah). A fee of $125 will be charged if smoking (of any kind) occurs in the apartment.


PETS ALLOWED
Contact us with details about your pet at the time of booking for approval.


PARKING
Unreserved street parking - no private spaces.


SLEEPING
(1) Queen Bed: Memory foam mattress, 100% Cotton Duvet covers, and Bamboo 1800 series luxury bed sheets.


EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 3:00 PM EST (or afterwards). Please contact us if you need to check in prior to this time.


USE OF COMMON AREAS: This is a residential community; therefore it is vital that the space and surrounding areas are respected to the highest degree. Noise, unruly behavior, loud music, and disrespectful or unlawful activity will warrant forfeiture of reservation (and possible fees).
