Welcome to the heart of Plaza Midwood in a stylish town home with everything you, your friends and family would need for a great stay in Charlotte. You can experience the quiet neighborhood in Charlotte while also being walking distance of top restaurants and breweries! You`re also a 3 minute drive to multiple neighborhoods including NODA and Uptown.

The home has updated finishes, a small 1 car garage, and ample space with 4 levels (no elevator so please plan accordingly)

The home has 3 bedrooms (2 kings, 1 queen). There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bath. The home is full of natural light, a stocked kitchen, and the location cannot be beat! You are minutes away from everything Charlotte has to offer hence the `On the Move` in Midwood label. Explore Plaza Midwood`s quiet and charming neighborhood and then make your way to the strip for delicious food and drinks!

We have everything different guests would need- WFH wifi, garage parking, a full washer & dryer set up, a back porch for those who enjoy time/coffee outside and playpens/ baby gates for the families visiting.

Guest will have access to the entire home.

No parties and NO GLITTER/ confetti. We do charge an extra cleaning fee if glitter/confetti is found!

The home is surrounded by other homes and ofcourse share walls with neighboring units. We have a strict HOA about quiet hours. If you think your group cannot respect quiet hours/ will be enjoying later evenings in Charlotte this might not be the property for you!

Service animals welcome without charge.

Your service animal is welcome in the back yard, but leash laws must be followed in the neighborhood.

Emotional support animals (ESA) must be controlled at all times, never left alone and be house- broken. If evidence of indoor fouling is found, you will lose your deposit, fees will be levied and you will be reported for fraud to hosting platforms for misusing ESA designation.
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during
your stay.

3. No smoking inside
4. No glitter or confetti
5. No unregistered guests allowed
6. Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm-6am
7. Please turn off the AC when you go out.
8. Please take care of the furnishings.
9. Please don`t rearrange the furniture.
10. Please do your dishes.
11. Please take the trash out before you leave.
12. Booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
