Make yourself at home in this stylish and spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath Charlotte townhome, thoughtfully designed for families, groups, campus visits, work trips, and weekend getaways. With room for up to 10 guests, three levels of living space, a private garage, and a peaceful wooded setting, The Brixton Retreat gives your group plenty of room to gather—and plenty of room to spread out.

Located in Charlotte’s University area, you’ll be close to UNC Charlotte, shopping, restaurants, greenways, the light rail, Uptown Charlotte, and the Concord area, making this a convenient home base whether you’re in town for a graduation, sporting event, concert, family visit, business trip, or simply a few days exploring the Queen City.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms:

Primary Suite – King Bed
Located on the third floor, the spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom, giving you a comfortable place to unwind at the end of the day.

Queen Bedroom – Queen Bed
A comfortable private bedroom with a queen-size bed, located on the third floor.

Twin Bedroom – Two Twin Beds
This bright bedroom features two individual twin beds and is ideal for children, teens, friends, or additional family members.

First-Floor Guest Suite – Full-over-Full Bunk Beds
The first-floor bedroom features full-size bunk beds and its own private full bathroom. Its location away from the other bedrooms makes it especially convenient for guests who appreciate a little extra privacy.

THE LIVING SPACE

The heart of the home is the open-concept second floor, where the kitchen, dining area, and living room flow together to create an inviting space for your group.

Relax in the living room after a day exploring Charlotte, catch up on your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or simply enjoy time together. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, while the modern furnishings create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, making it easy to stream, work remotely, or stay connected during your visit.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN

Whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading out for the day or cooking dinner for the whole group, the kitchen has everything you need to feel at home.

The kitchen features a large island with seating, plenty of counter space, and a full selection of appliances and everyday cooking essentials.

Convenient powder room on the main living level

We provide bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and starter toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.

PRIVATE BALCONY & OUTDOOR SPACE

Step outside onto the private balcony overlooking the peaceful wooded area behind the home. It’s a relaxing spot to enjoy some fresh air, sip your morning coffee, or wind down after a day in Charlotte.

Because the home is located in a residential community, we ask guests to enjoy the outdoor areas respectfully and observe quiet hours.

PRIVATE GARAGE & PARKING

One of the conveniences of The Brixton Retreat is the private attached garage.

Parking is available for up to four vehicles, with space for:

2 vehicles in the garage
2 vehicles in the driveway

Please be mindful of neighboring homes, sidewalks and community parking regulations.

LAUNDRY

A full-size washer and dryer are available inside the home for guest use. This is especially convenient for families, longer stays, and anyone traveling light.

A starter supply of laundry detergent is provided.

THREE-LEVEL LAYOUT

Please note that The Brixton Retreat is a three-level townhome and stairs are required.

The first floor includes the garage and guest suite with full bathroom. The second floor is the main gathering space with the kitchen, dining room, living room, powder room, and balcony. The remaining three bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the third floor.

Guests who have difficulty with stairs should consider the layout before booking.

The Brixton Retreat is located in Charlotte’s University area, giving you convenient access to many of the places that bring visitors to the city.

You’ll have the convenience of the city while coming home to a comfortable residential setting at the end of the day.

GOOD TO KNOW

We want every guest to have a comfortable stay while also being respectful of our neighbors and community.

Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. All overnight guests must be included on the reservation.

No parties or events. Birthday trips, graduation visits, family getaways and other celebrations are welcome, but the property may not be used for parties, events, or disruptive gatherings.

Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.

No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the property, including the home, garage, balcony and entry areas.

No pets.

Exterior security cameras monitor designated outdoor areas for property security. There are no cameras inside the home.

STARTER SUPPLIES

To make arrival easier, we provide starter quantities of everyday necessities, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee and basic kitchen essentials.

For longer stays, guests may need to replenish supplies as needed.
