Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)
Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Coveted Hospitality Guest App:
- $1,000 refundable security deposit, or
- $29 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped at $250 per stay)
This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.
Pet Policy & Fees
Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.
- 1 pet: $19 per night (capped at $200 per stay)
- 2 pets: $29 per night (capped at $300 per stay)
Undisclosed pets may result in additional charges or cancellation of your reservation.
Age Requirement & ID Verification
- Primary guest must be 21 or older. Groups with a primary guest under 21 may request an exception for a one-time $75 fee, regardless of group size. This is a single flat fee applied once per booking, not per guest.
- All guests 18 and older must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes a government-issued ID, selfie verification, and signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.
