Close to grocery stores and shopping but secluded in a peaceful walk friendly neighborhood with very little traffic. What more do you need?? This Breathtaking Sunset Retreat is a charming lakefront home located on Kiser Island and right out in the middle of Lake Norman! This bright and beautiful 3 bedroom (4 Bed) 2 1/2-bathroom home is perfect for your vacation getaway and has been recently renovated and completely updated with high end finishes! Plus, you will enjoy year round deep water right off your own private dock.

Open the door to the comfortable living area drenched in sunlight to welcome you the moment you walk through the door! The entire house is surrounded by windows and almost every room has a incredible view of the lake. I have made sure that every room promises comfort and is decorated with beautiful furnishings to give our home the perfect lake vibe. I have tried to make sure our home is stocked with anything and everything you will need during your stay.
If you are lucky enough to enjoy a stay in the master bedroom which is on the main floor, you will enjoy an on-suite bath with a large walk-in shower, a separate jacuzzi tub and a huge walk-in closet. The master suite is a comfortable-private place with a setting area to enjoy the lake views and the soothing sound of the waves from the lake shore. All the beds have plush comforters and comfy pillows.

Another full bathroom upstairs is shared by 2 more bedrooms. Each bedroom also has a beautiful view of the lake. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a Queen size bed and its own personal balcony for your relaxation. The other upstairs bedroom is HUGE and has one King bed and one Queen bed and two window sitting areas and lots of room to move around.

Our new and fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for large meals or just gathering around the island for drinks and snacks. The kitchen is equipped with granite and stainless steel appliances along with a roomy dining area and seating for the whole gang. The kitchen is furnished with everything you will need during your stay. A brand new gas grill sits on the back deck, just off the kitchen.
A gas fireplace in the living room provides an inviting, warm and cozy atmosphere.
Relax in our newly finished recreation room, complete with a bar, pool table, pub tables and a 65 inch flat screen TV.

What is most unique is the outdoor space where you are completely surrounded by trees providing privacy and serenity. Enjoy swimming in deep water next to the dock in a safe low wake zone with a ladder right onto the dock. If boating is what you love then bring your boat and hook it right up to the private dock. If you do not have a boat, there are several marinas within in 10 miles where you can rent them by the day and you can have them delivered to the dock. If you enjoy golf, there are several courses available for your enjoyment such as Mallard Head Country Club, Trump International Golf Course, Berkdale Golf Club, Cowan's Ford Golf Club, Westport Golf Course and several others in the area. Large trees provide shade from the summer sun. There's an outdoor propane fire pit surrounded by adirondack chairs on the porch with plenty of additional outdoor furniture for your enjoyment. You`ll love it so much that you`ll want to prepare your meals on the gas grill outside on the deck and dine under the star filled sky. Enjoy the spacious back yard which offers plenty of room for games, throwing a ball or just lounging. Our outdoor hammock or swing are the perfect places for a little tranquility. We are just steps to a private dock where you can enjoy the sun during the day and famous Lake Norman sunsets in the evening. You will love this home!

All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including cable TV in all rooms, wireless internet accessible throughout the house and on the decks, central air/heat, gas grill, sun deck, washer/dryer, and more! If you have any questions, just ask!
This is a new place for us, nearly every piece of furniture/bedding, decoration, and household/kitchen accessories have been purchased new this year. I have tried to think of everything you will need to fully enjoy yourself while visiting us at Lake Norman. And if I have forgotten anything, please let me know because I want everyone to be completely comfortable in our vacation home.

Please note: If you have smaller children, we do not have a beach area and the water is 8-18 feet deep around our dock.

We do have tons of board games, card games, puzzles for both kids and adults, a highchair, tons of lake floats and mats, lake games, life jackets, kayaks, fishing poles and so much more!

*We do have a boat in the boat lift but there is plenty of room for additional boats and jet skis to be docked. HOUSE RULES (You will be required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement)
• ABSOLUTELY NO WEDDINGS OR PARTIES NOT EVEN SMALL ONES ARE ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY!
• Number of Guests: Max. 8 overnight (maximum of 10 people at any time). The only exception is an infant sleeping in a crib.
• ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OF ANY KIND!
• THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY! NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE HOUSE AT ANY TIME REGARDLESS OF THE WEATHER! Smoking inside the unit will result in a loss of damage deposit plus any additional sanitizing fees associated with cleaning and you will be asked to leave immediately.
• The furniture and/or furnishings (inside and outside) are not to be moved or rearranged. You will be charged if furniture must be returned to its original place.
• Absolutely Prohibited at all times are fireworks and discharge of firearms of any kind.
• Absolutely no parking or driving on the lawn for any reason!
• Only Recyclables are to be put into the recycling container. Absolutely no trash.
