Our thoughtfully designed 3-bed, 2.5-bath ranch-style home offers a comfortable and spacious layout ideal for families, groups & remote workers. Nestled in a quiet lakeside community surrounded by Lake Norman, the large, fully fenced yard creates the ideal atmosphere to relax & unwind.

* The lake is located around the corner from the house. A short 2 min drive/7 min walk. Turn left out of the driveway, left on Riviera & left onto Lakeland Rd. Private neighborhood dock and boat ramp can be accessed at 195 Lakeland Rd. You may park your vehicle on the grassy area on that lot.

PARKING: The driveway comfortably accommodates 6 cars with ample space to park your watercraft (boats, jet skis, trailers, etc.) to the right of the driveway.

Guests have access to the full home, fenced yard, private hot tub, paddleboards/kayaks, neighborhood dock, fire pit, and all entertainment amenities. The walk-in closet in the master bedroom contains most of the gear you’ll need.
