This home is perfect for game days, concerts, and other events in Uptown Charlotte. We also welcome longer stays for guests who may be waiting on a home to be completed, are relocating to the area, or are in town for work/school (just send us an inquiry and we can discuss accommodations). > We have a strict no party/event policy. The maximum occupancy in the home at any given time is 6 people. Trespassers will be removed by security. Additionally, there will be a $500 fine, plus the cost of property damage.
> No smoking or vaping is allowed inside to help keep our property odor-free & ensure every guest has a great experience. A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking or evidence of smoking inside.
> To protect your privacy, security devices are on the property's exterior. We have one smart doorbell that records audio & video of the front porch, a camera that records video of the front yard, & a camera that records video of the backyard.
