Inside, the main bedroom awaits with a plush queen-size bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, ample closet space, and a smart TV with remote control lighting. The second bedroom offers two adult-sized twin XL beds, a separate bathroom with a full step-in tub/shower combo.
Occupancy Guidelines
The following are a few guidelines we request every guest to adhere to:
• No Parties or Events
• Do Not Use the Premises for Any illegal Activity
• No Smoking in the home, common hallway or amenity spaces. No exceptions
• Damages Exceeding the Deposit Amount Will Be Billed To The Guest
• Turn Lights Off And A.C/Heat to 65 degrees When Away
• No pets are allowed as this is a pet free home.
• Please do not rearrange our furniture. If you do, please put them back in the original location prior to vacating.
• No mailbox access will be provided. Please do not have mail sent here as this is temporary living arrangement
