The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Outside, you'll find a lovely front porch, a classic Southern feature perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, or simply relaxing and enjoying the tree-lined neighborhood. For larger groups, there is also a separate private in-law suite on the property with its own entrance and backyard. It can be rented together with the main house if additional space is needed (see my other listings).



THE NIEGHBORHOOD:

Located in Wesley Heights, one of Charlotte’s historic neighborhoods, the home offers a rare combination of walkability and quiet residential charm. You can easily walk to:

• Uptown Charlotte – about 10 minutes

• Bank of America Stadium – about 8 minutes

• Third Ward Park – about 3 minutes

• Frazier Park – less than 1 minute



Restaurants, breweries, and nightlife are also just a short walk away.



GETTING AROUND:

This location makes getting around Charlotte very easy.

• Walk to Uptown, stadiums, and parks

• Short Uber ride to South End, NoDa, and Plaza Midwood

• Easy access to major highways



Scooters, bikes, and rideshare services are widely available in the area.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire home. There is also a fully-detached and fully private in-law suite downstairs (it has a separate entrance with it's own backyard and privacy fencing) that can be rented at the same time to accommodate even larger groups - please view my other listings to check availability if interested. There is a driveway (one car) and plenty of free street parking in front of the home if needed.



Other Things to Note:

• This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so parties and events are not allowed.

• Quiet hours begin at 9 PM to respect neighbors.

• Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.

• The property includes a separate private in-law suite on the lower level with its own entrance and backyard. It may be occupied if not reserved with the main house.

• Free street parking is available, plus a driveway space.

• We love dogs, but this is a pet-free home.
