Welcome to your charming home away from home! Casa Lake is a lakefront home on a quiet cove in Lake Norman situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Take a dip in the shallow waters right in your backyard or light up the fireplace and enjoy the sounds of nature. You can take a 15-minute drive to Eddie's on the Lake for a fabulous seafood dinner and then down the street to King Canary Brewing for beer. The first floor features a massive primary bedroom, living area, screened in porch area, guest room and gourmet kitchen, all of which opens up to a large deck with lake views. This cozy abode offers all the comforts you need to relax and unwind.

As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a beautifully designed living space that exudes warmth and tranquility. The spacious living room layout creates an inviting atmosphere, making it easy to socialize and enjoy quality time with your loved ones. The living room features a plush sectional and a large TV, perfect for movie nights or engaging conversations.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream, equipped with modern appliances and all the necessary utensils. Whip up delicious meals and savor them together in the adjacent dining area, which offers ample seating for everyone. If you prefer dining al fresco, step outside on the charming patio, complete with barbecue grill and outdoor seating. The bathrooms in this home are clean, and stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries. Whether you prefer a quick shower or a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi tub, you’ll find everything you need to freshen up and start your day off right.

Downstairs from the main floor is where the endless entertainment continues. Put on a movie in your own private like real life movie theater. The surround sound makes it feel like you are in an actual cinema. Did we forget to mention you can pop your own popcorn in the authentic popcorn maker? Perfect for children and adults! Right outside of the movie theater, challenge your friend to a game of billiards or darts! The room opens up to another outdoor space with complimentary kayaks and a fireplace. We provide the firewood and fire starter.

Are you a boater? Rent a boat during your stay from Stutt's Marina, they even deliver to the dock. Bring your own boat or PWC and dock it at your own private dock!
