These are two brand new construction homes that sleep a total of 18 guests.

One house has 3 bedrooms and the other one has 5 bedrooms for a total of 8 bedrooms.

Our homes are fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. You’ll find two fully stacked kitchens, two spacious living areas,
8 amazing spaces to lay your head. 6 queen beds 2 king beds an a bunk bed awaits you for your stay.
Each room has a smart tv so you can enjoy whatever it may be that your heart desires.

Each house has 2 full baths upstairs and one half bath on main floor- one of the full bath off the hallway with a shower/ tub combo and one off the master bedroom. a shower and a large tub If soaking in a bubble bath is your thing. We also added the luxury of providing key essentials during your trip to help make things easier.

In the yard we have a outdoor seating area a fire pit surrounded with chairs and a gas grill to help fill your appetite.
a luxurious hot tub, where you can soak away your stress and worries and indulge in the ultimate relaxation experience!

Our homes come with a W/D to help make checking out easy breezy and washing any garments that may need extra TLC during your trip.

Parking: each driveway on the front of the house provides plenty of space for two vehicles.
Street parking is also available.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.

You will have access to this beautifully decorated home at your leisure. However, we do have a closet in the kitchen that acts as our owner's closet to provide you with the hospitality you aim to receive during your stay with us.

Early check-in fee: $40 (up to 2 hours before 4pm based on availability)

Late check-out fee: $40 (up to 2 hours after 11am based on availability)


Pet fee is $25/night, but can vary depending on number of pets, breed, etc. (negotiable for longer stays). You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please BE RESPECTFUL.

No smoking in the home or on premise. We reserve the right to charge a smoking fee should there be evidence of this violation.

NO parties allowed on the premise. If you are in violation of this, you will be asked to leave the property, and pay a $1000 fine for the violation. We don't want to see blue lights as much you don't want to.... just don't do it!!

$25 penalty for losing remote

*Fire wood for the fire pit is not provided.
The propane tank for the gas grill is provided.

Parking - Please park on the driveway or side of the road without blocking our neighbor's driveways.

Quiet Hours: Charlotte has a 11pm noise ordinance that begins at that time. We love our neighborhood and community... we still want to be invited to things-- don't ruin it for us. Please be respectful of working neighbors with noise, language, music, pets, and children.
