Our home is located in a cut de sac very close to downtown, the airport, south end and all major highways, which provides an excellent connection with the rest of the city. Please note that our home is within a mile of a train crossing, and you will hear the horn outside, inside is muffled but still audible. The house is located in a gentrified area, which means you have new expensive homes as well as older homes as well as neighbors from all walks of life. If you are not comfortable with a gentrified area, we appreciate your interest in our home and suggest you look in other areas of the city.

Guests will have full private access to the home during their stay, allowing you to relax and enjoy the space as your own. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and outdoor spaces.
The backyard is fully fenced and offers comfortable outdoor seating—perfect for unwinding after a day exploring Charlotte.
For your convenience, the home features self check-in with a smart lock, allowing for a smooth and flexible arrival experience. Your unique access code will be provided prior to arrival.
Guests may also use the private driveway and designated parking areas available at the property.
Please note that a small number of owner’s closets are locked and reserved for supplies and housekeeping. All other areas of the home are available for guest use.
We kindly ask that guests treat the home and neighborhood with care so everyone can continue to enjoy the space.

We don’t charge cleaning or pet fees—these only apply in extreme cases:

Unapproved guests: $150/person/night
Pet hair on linens/furniture: $80/hour
Pet waste fine: $150 Please remove your pets waste or hire our cleaners fee of $50 to avoid this fine.
Excessive mess (beyond normal use): $80/hour
Late checkout without approval: $25 per 15 minutes
Undisclosed pets: $75 per pet
