AAU Scrimmage

My husband and I rented this house for a AAU scrimmage tournament and the coaches. It was very cozy and had plenty of space. We will definitely consider renting the house again.

Family gets together

We had a great time and a fun weekend. There was room to spread out, and there was TV for everyone to watch what they were interested in. The location was close to our son's family and the events schedule. If we have another family get-together, we all love this house and will rent it again.

NCAA D2 Soccer Championship Weekend

The property worked great for our stay. There was plenty of space for us and it was great to have a home base for the long weekend. The property was very clean. The only downside was that it would have been nice to have some basic amenities like shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, laundry soap and extra toilet paper since we all flew in for 5 days. However, it was easy to run to the store for those items since we were in a great location. Thank you!

Great family gathering spot

We had 4 couples and this was a great house for our group. Comfortable bedroom and bathroom space with plenty of room to spread out.We also had a special request and William was very helpful as our host.Highly recommend.

Great Saty

We had to evacuate our home due to flooding. This home provide our family with a great stay while being out of our home. The location is great and property mangers were very quick to respond with questions. The home was well kept and is really beautiful.

Great space to stay to enjoy time in the city with family.

Me and my family had a great time coming together to enjoy the city and staying in this beautiful home. Beautiful and spacious. Clean and not far from where we were going. Will book again in the future when visiting Charlotte.

Beautiful home, nice neighborhood

The home was beautiful, it had a lot of space for 8 adults. Was in a nice and quiet neighborhood and talking with the host was so easy. Listing just as posted. Will stay again!

week in Charlotte

spent a week here and it was very accommodating for my whole family, with four nice bedrooms and three bathrooms and lots of extra space too. a few minor things there was a weird big spot of paint peeling in the living room near an air conditioning vent? and also the double doors to the "king suite" would not stay closed because of a broken latch) but overall great place

Family Gathering

We enjoyed our stay for a wedding. Beds were very comfortable. Floor plan was cozy yet spread out nicely for privacy. Kitchen was set up well for cooking. Lovely neighborhood. The host was quick to respond to my email and requests! We would stay here again when we come back to Charlotte!

Thanksgiving in Charlotte

This house was perfect for part of the family, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was only about 15 minutes to my daughter's home where we all congregated. The house was easy to find, it was on a slightly busy street but really no issue.

good location for quick weekend to CLT

We rented this for a family wedding weekend. The location was great, the bedroom situation worked well for us. The house on the surface appeared clean, but we ended having some concerns. The house smelled of stale smoke from the fireplace, even though there were several fresheners plugged in around the home. The couch was damp when we arrived (owners said it was due to cleaning between guests), the floors were not clean. We take our shoes off when entering the house and within minutes our feet/socks were dirty. We cleaned the floors three times and the wet swiffer was still coming up dirty, so the floors need a deep clean. Two of the beds had sheets that did not appear to be clean, so we washed those ourselves before sleeping in them. This is a pet friendly home and we did find what appeared to be dog hair on the upholstered furniture (specifically the couch) and some of the bedding. There is a door between the front and the back part of the house that was shut and automatically locked when our infant grandson was sleeping in the back. Unknown to us, it had a combination lock on it, which the check in information did not provide how to unlock, so we quickly called several times to find out how to get the door unlocked. The owner answered after a few calls and was very responsive, but that is information that should be given in the the check in information. If given a deep clean and more information in the check in process, this house would be a perfect place for a stay in CLT
