"We loved the house! It was the perfect location with having our daughter’s wedding next door at Castle Farms. The house was so spacious and accommodated our group nicely! The fire pit in the back allowed for us to relax and have conversations that I’ll remember forever! Beautiful, comfortable, reasonable! So awesome!"

"We loved the location of this rental. We were close to everything and could walk to most places, especially dining and shopping. The space was light and airy, very clean and comfortable. The balcony was our favorite spot to relax, read, and people watch. We also loved being across from the park, such a nice place to sit and enjoy the water views. The designated parking spot was awesome, made it so easy to come and go. The bar below got a little noisy, especially on the weekend, but it didn't...

"We had a very enjoyable stay and hope to come back again. The host provided everything needed for a pleasant stay including our morning cup of coffee. The home provides calm views of the lake from the front, a lovely patio in the back, two cozy fireplaces, and an overall relaxing experience. The layout of the house and numerous windows make it bright and cheery, and the stone walls block the sound from the surrounding streets. Definitely a five star experience."

"This home is an excellent property for a family or group. It's obvious that the property is well maintained and cared for by its owners. In fact, there were thoughtful touches throughout this charming house--including a nice bottle of wine! The kitchen is well equipped and stocked with convenient dry goods. This house would be a really nice place to stay with children. Overall, the attentive owner and his excellent properties made for a wonderful weekend for my son's wedding."

"Super cute place, very quiet and serene and private. It is a little bit of a hike up to the treehouse (as it should for a treehouse!) so prepare for a rest break on your way up if you bring anything heavy with you, haha! I dropped a star for communication with the owner only because you communicate via another platform with them, and it was tough to know where to email questions and when to anticipate a response, though we did connect eventually! I don't have experience with communication...

"Great location to downtown, everything is walkable. The property is beautiful and has everything you would need! It’s approximately 15-30 mins from the Boyne Mountain depending on road conditions. GPS said 45-60 to Boyne highlands. "

"The property manager was available, the house was clean and everything was well stocked. I loved the seating area in the back yard. I thought the pet cleaning fee was high and didn’t see it at time of booking. The picture seems to show the porch is in the backyard but it is really on the side of the house."

"Instructions sent for location were overly complicated then upon arrival. host came out to the driveway and literally yelled at me about not following them to her specifications- again giving way too much detail without pausing. Later I contacted her through the app with a question and never got a response. Many type written signs in room & bathhouse- more snippy than necessary but guests clearly got the messages . The location however was beautiful; sunset & sunrise both picture perfect. ...

"Great place and great experience. We will be going back! Had my sailboat docked at the nearby Summerset Point Marina and it worked perfectly. The house is lovely, clean and perfectly located."
