This is a 2 Bedroom House, Sleeps 4, One Bath, Living Room, Full Kitchen, Ground Level house, Located in the North part of Charleston South Carolina. The neighborhood is a Platonic, Residential, Non Scenic, Non Historic View,
If you want Safe, Cozy, Private Accommodations, Central Location, At a Great Price? Then WELCOME HOME!!

North Charleston is a 15 minutes drive from the Historic section of Downtown Charleston and a 20 - 30 minutes drive from the beaches, And 5 minutes drive from the Coliseum & the Convention Center. 10 minutes drive from the Airport, And is conveniently located near the main on and off interstate ramps that will take you to any place you need to go in Charleston. No Pets, ( Regardless of what you smoke? ) >>NO SMOKING INSIDE!! No incense burning,
There is a covered outside private area for smoking. This House is equipped with Queen size beds in both bedrooms, Full Kitchen, Coffee Maker, Microwave, Cooking Utensils, 60 Inch TV in the Livingroom, DVD player, 30 Inch flatscreen TV's in each bedroom, Cable TV, WIFI Internet access, Two leather couches, Washing Machine , Dryer, Laundry Soap, Fabric Sheets, Separate porch stereo, Central Heat & Air, Towels, Bedding, Sheets, x4 Pillows @ 2 per bed , Outside uncovered parking. The outside view is residential and certainly not fancy. But for the price, This house is most definitely one of the best deals in the Charleston area. Note: It is extremely hard to please everyone's preferences concerning Soap, Razors, Body Wash, & Toothpastes. I do not supply these items referred to as personal items. Todd was fantastic. He checked in just to make sure we had everything we needed. He also made the property very welcoming by leaving candy, snacks, and beverages. He even had music playing for our arrival. The house was amazing. We felt right at home. It had everything we needed to make an amazing Thanksgiving dinner. It was located close to everything including the Air Force base where my son is stationed. We had a great visit.

The interior of the house and everything in it was great. Toby stocked the house with coffee and snacks. He really put a lot of attention to detail for his guest. The house was very close to everything. Just not a great neighborhood but it was never a problem.

This was a great property to stay at in Charleston! Dont let the outside fool you, inside the home is amazing and every little need was thought of and provided for. Tony was very responsive and even came and replaced the microwave the same day when we discovered that it wasn't working!

Tony is the golden standard of what rental houses should be. I would give him 12/10 if I could. The house was phenomenal, and we cannot recommend it enough. Additionally, he is very responsive to any questions you may have. He will go out of his wat to make your stay pleasurable, and the house itself is great as well. Thank you Tony!

Better than expected!

We booked this property because of the price and distance from Credit One Stadium, where we were going to see a show. The pictures do not do it justice! It is an older home, but very spacious and nicely decorated. Everything in the house was clearly labeled, which was a nice touch. The neighborhood looks a little sketchy, but we didn’t have any problems. It was so easy to get to Daniel Island for our concerts, we will definitely stay again next time we’re in town for some shows! The property host was very kind and easy to work with. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Tony was an absolutely FANTASTIC host. His place was exactly as described on his listing including a big open floor plan in the kitchen. He really goes the extra mile in making his guests feel welcome, from leaving out candies in each room to having music playing when we got there. We accidentally threw out a small keepsake from our trip in the garbage and didn't realize it until after leaving. We called Tony and told him, and he immediately offered to go over and look for it. He quite literally looked through the trash and sent it out to us in a timely fashion. We could not have asked for a better experience. We would HIGHLY recommend.

Great time!

We had a great time. The place was bigger than we expected and the location was better than we thought it would be. We wouldn't have discovered Park Circle if we didn't stay in North Charleston. Tony provided a great stay with fun perks, we'd stay here again for sure!

Excellent stay

At first you may feel some concern about the area because it’s in an older area of North Charleston! We had zero issues with the location/area! It is the perfect distance to Park Circle and downtown Charleston. The house was so cozy and Tony was such an AMAZING host and had so many thoughtful touches throughout the home. I LOVED the unique decor!! There are also SO MANY good movies available to watch if you have some down time or want a nice break from running around. We will definitely be back here!

Tony did an excellent job of meeting our needs. When coffee maker didn’t work he brought another one over for us to use! The wine was a perfect touch for celebrating a 21st birthday. neighborhood seems rough when coming in to house, but was quiet and had no issues at all during our stay. Was a great place to stay while in Charleston area.
