Situated directly on King Street, you're just steps away from Charleston's finest dining, shopping, and nightlife. A nearby parking garage (nominal fee) ensures hassle-free parking during your stay.

Chic Ambiance:
The Cocktail Lounge boasts high ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light, creating a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. The master Queen bedroom comes with an en suite bath featuring a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom provides extra comfort and space. The cozy living room, decorated with vibrant accents and a plush orange sofa, is the perfect spot to relax and unwind, complete with a Roku TV for your entertainment.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
Prepare meals with ease in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with all the essentials, coffee makers with locally roasted coffee, and a dishwasher to handle the cleanup.

Convenient Amenities:
For your convenience, a shared full-size washer and dryer is available on the first floor. Enjoy exclusive access to the second-floor apartment, offering added privacy throughout your stay.

Parking:
Adjacent to the building, a Parking Garage provides easy, paid parking, so you can leave the worries of transportation behind.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

We loved everything about it! The layout is a Great way to spread out and have more privacy if it's 2 couples or a family of 3-4 with adult child(ren), because rather than being a 2BR, 2 bath condo, this is actually 2 separate apartments, with no connecting door (altho they are the only 2 apartments on that top floor). The larger one has separate bedroom, and the smaller one is a studio with bed, bar/seats, and kitchenette in main area, and a small area (no door between) just large enough to fit the couch and TV.
