The beautifully updated kitchen includes a large center island with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a flat-top stove. It opens to the dining area and a spacious family room with a large flat-screen TV, comfortable seating for the entire group, and relaxing views of the pool from every window.

Step outside to enjoy the expansive backyard, complete with a screened porch, open deck perfect for grilling, and a large private pool with lounge chairs for sunbathing between beach trips. In the evenings, gather around the fire pit for s’mores and memorable nights under the stars.

• Starter kit: Starter kits include small dish soap, small dishwasher detergent, 1-2 kitchen trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, TP in each bathroom.
• Starter Amenities: Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body soap, cleansing bar.
• Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rental companies.
• Gas grill: Propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during office hours.
• Please no pets or smoking or fireplace use
• Pool is not heated
• Owner at times may have a boat stored on the back/side of the property out of the way.
