  • Fique em um dos complexos mais populares de Wild Dunes! Este condomínio de três quartos e três banheiros à beira-mar tem a conveniência de estar a alguns passos do oceano e também de uma bela piscina comunitária. O piso e o mobiliário são atualizados em todos os quartos e áreas de estar. Piscina comunitária externa e calçadão de acesso à praia ficam ao lado do complexo do edifício. Aprecie a brisa do oceano e as vistas do Oceano Atlântico a partir da varanda ou varanda principal.

    O primeiro andar tem um quarto, um banheiro completo, cozinha, área de jantar e um espaço de estar com design bonito, com TV de tela plana a cabo e acesso direto ao alpendre. O segundo andar abriga dois quartos, cada um com seus próprios banheiros privativos, além de lavadora e secadora. A suíte master possui uma varanda privada com vistas espetaculares do oceano. Off estacionamento na rua disponível. Wi-Fi e lençóis incluídos. Nenhum animal de estimação. Proibido fumar.

Beautiful Views

Great location, quiet, & clean. We loved sitting on the upper deck at night and feeling the ocean breeze and star gazing! Easy to get to the beach via the boardwalk. The complex pool was nice, but needed cleaning. The kitchen was swell stocked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a repeat rental for us; we've stayed in the Beach Club Villa property as well as others. Location, layout and amenities are all superior and we appreciate the thoughtfulness of the owner to provide not only a well-equipped kitchen, but even a small library under the stairs! Island Realty was helpful in righting an administrative issue and also when we had a minor repair needed.

Low marks on cleanliness.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Villa was dirty. We had cockroaches. There were gummy bears under the bed in the 2nd bedroom upstairs. There were no directions on how to use the tv. There was a blood stained pillow case on a pillow in the closet of the 2nd bedroom upstairs. The kitchen cupboards were so full that we had very little room to store our food. The water filter on for the refrigerator was 99% overdue. We told the maintenance at Island Realty but it was never repaired. The location was great and the condo was a good size, but for the money that we spent, I would expect a clean condo. I will rent again at Beach Club Villas but not from Island Realty mostly because they are way below par on cleanliness. Also the furniture felt very dirty.

Reviewer Comments: Overall pleased with rental; little things like a hole in the wall, bathroom sinks that barely drain, tell us the owners are not putting money into this place. Finally, the floor was very dirty, walking on bare feet was very gross to us and our family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful condo. Same one we had last year and wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again. Neat, clean , nicely decorated, good furniture, and wonderful beds! My daughter rented #67 and we were impressed with the updated kitchen. Taking out the wall and adding the island made it feel HUGE. Something that would improve #69, as the kitchen is really tiny for 6 adults. Otherwise, no complaints!

Sat-Sat rental, this was Sun-Sun. Due to flights and schedules, we left Sat, so wasted $. We also had to rent Hotel Rooms on Resort which was quite expensive. The Condo itself was fine. The experience based on above was not at all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is outdated compared to others I have stayed. We found a roach in the kitchen one morning. No benefit points toward bikes or chairs were provided. Usually $250 in beach gear with other properties. Some of the Beach Club Villa's are closer to the beach than others. This one was pretty good. I was shocked at the beach erosion nearby since my last stay on isle of palms. Rust in bathroom fixtures.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The arrival process was smooth and the villa was clean. The unit was well equipped and attractive. The TV and internet were easy to operate. The only area which could and should be improved was the mattresses. This is important for a pleasant stay and these all need to be replaced.

Overpriced for the cindition.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy and appreciated the keyless lock. We were disappointed in the condition of the unit. The views are nice but it needs a revamp. Ceiling paint peeling, needs a deep clean and updated baths. Thw furniture is "tired" and there is an odd smell. We were here during a deep freeze and found the heating unit could not keep up with the cold. It ran constantly but didnt keep us warm enough downstairs, while the master bedroom was too warm. They definitely need humidifier on the unit in the winter. We enjoyed time as a family but we won't be staying here again in it's current cindition.
