This oceanfront three bedroom, three bathroom elevated condo has the convenience of being steps away from the ocean and outdoor Community Pool (April-end of October, not heated or cooled). The flooring and furnishings are updated in all bedrooms and living spaces. Outdoor community pool and beach access boardwalk is directly next to building complex. Enjoy the ocean breezes and views of the Atlantic Ocean from the screened porch or master balcony.

First floor has one bedroom, a full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and a beautifully designed living space with flat-screen cable TV and direct access to screened porch. The second floor hosts two bedrooms, each with their very own private baths, as well as a washer and dryer. The master suite boasts a private balcony with spectacular ocean views. Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas.
