This reverse floor plan home offers 4 nice-sized bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a den with a sleeper sofa to accommodate your perfectly sized group. A comfortably decorated open floor plan and large decks with plenty of seating will make gatherings a breeze!
Upon entering Sweet Carolina, a grand staircase greats you in the foyer, it’s the perfect spot for family photos. The home has a reverse floor plan, with the main living area at the top of the stairs. The stylish updated kitchen will make prepping meals a delight, boasting Onyx countertops, a stand alone ice maker and stainless steel appliances. Plenty of seating is provided at the kitchen bar for 4 and the dining room seats 8. The living room has two couches and a chair with a working gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV. These rooms have 8-foot tall French doors leading to a wraparound deck. A comfortable seating area and access to the rooftop deck via a spiral staircase. You will want to spend every evening watching the sunset from the rooftop deck with seating for everyone and wonderful views of the Isle of Palms!
The primary bedroom is on the second floor as well, hosting a king-sized bed and an en-suite primary bathroom with double sinks, a separate walk-in shower, and a Jacuzzi tub. This well-dressed bedroom has French doors leading to the deck and has its own sitting area to enjoy your morning coffee. The second floor also has a half bath and a laundry room. The elevator access opens into the living room area.
Down the staircase and through the foyer to the first floor of Sweet Carolina are the other three bedrooms and a den, all rooms have flat-screen TVs. The first bedroom is styled with two double beds and has a full bathroom with a tub/ bath combo. This bathroom also has hallway access for guests using the den. The middle bedroom has a king bed, a sleeper chair, and a bathroom with a tub/ shower combo. The den may also use this bathroom with convenient access. The third bedroom is the first-floor primary. It has a king-sized bed, a daybed with trundle and en-suite bathroom with a tub/bath combo. The room has access to the wrap-around deck on this floor which also provides access to the backyard swimming pool and hot tub. There is a den with a wet bar, fireplace, and a sleeper sofa as well. The den has French doors leading to the first-floor deck and pool area too. The elevator access for the first floor is in the hallway.
The backyard has a wonderful pool with chaise loungers to enjoy the sun and separate covered seating areas. For cooler evenings, enjoy the HOT TUB with HEAT INCLUDED! There is an outdoor shower and a gas grill for your convenience. This home is allowed 5 cars and there is ample parking in the garage and driveway. The elevator goes from the garage to both floors of the home.

Availability & Pricing:
When checking availability and pricing enter arrival & departure dates, 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday rentals in the mid-spring, summer, and early fall. You will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home. The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals.

In lieu of A $3000 security deposit, we offer a Damage Protection Policy to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.
Travel Insurance:
East Islands Rentals offers travel insurance to all its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area or yours, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental total plus taxes & fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through East Islands Rentals. If travel insurance is not added at the time the reservation is booked it can be added at a later date
