"The property was spacious, right on the water and perfect closeness to the beach for us. The pool was small but clean enough. The downsides were you can hear the people above very loudly every time they walk. In the early mornings you can hear the people going up and down the stairs outside the bedroom window. "The air conditioning vent needs to be cleaned. The access roof over the bathtub needs to be cleaned. And the furniture needs to be cleaned the couch. The instructions need to be more informative as to where to park. And where the actual unit is because you cannot see the apartment number from the parking lot. Also the parking lot number does not match to go with the unit it's across the parking lot. The Host has not communicated as far as I can tell that I had to check out early because they...

"The communication with the host is great. We liked the property but I wish they had more towels. The place smelled like an old building. We had to buy candles to help eliminate the smell. The light in the living needs to brighter. The building looks like an older property."

"Great host and great place to stay. Plenty of beds, lots of space, and great amenities. I have zero complaints and would 100% stay here again. Nice and clean and welcoming. The pool was a nice addition that I didn’t expect to use, since we’re at the beach. It’s a great area too with bars, gas stations, golf carts rentals, and right down the street from the Sandbox beach bar. Access to the beach is easy and we hardly left the area of the place, because we didn’t need to."
