The Flats is the larger of our two domes, set above the river flats with wider views, more open sky, and extra room to settle in. It is well suited to guests who want space to spread out, slow down, and spend time together.



Inside, The Flats offers approximately 700 square feet of living space, including a loft, climate control, a wood stove, and flexible sleeping space for up to four guests.



Outside, you’ll have your own private hot tub and sauna, along with a larger outdoor area for sitting, unwinding, and taking in the view. With fewer trees and a broader outlook, evenings at The Flats are shaped by sunsets, quiet valley views, and the changing weather of the Cape Shore.



Located in Branch, Newfoundland and Labrador, The Flats places you within reach of coastal hikes, quiet beaches, local history, and the dramatic cliffs of Cape St. Mary’s Ecological Reserve.
