Perched above the crystal waters of the Cretan Sea and within a short walk of Kalamaki beach, Villa Thalassa Crest is a newly built 220 sqm retreat that combines elegant design with uninterrupted sea views. The interior is arranged over multiple levels and includes four spacious bedrooms, each with an ensuite shower room and sea views. The ground floor hosts a bright open-plan living area with a lounge, dining space and a fully equipped modern kitchen, all opening directly onto the pool terrace. Two bedrooms on this level provide direct access to the outdoor area. Upstairs, two further double bedrooms open onto private balconies, one of which features an additional terrace furnished with sun loungers and outdoor seating. Every bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. A dedicated lower level includes a playroom with a pool table, large Smart TV and PlayStation, alongside a small gym area fitted with a multifunction machine, stationary bicycle, back extension bench and free weights. Laundry facilities with a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing equipment are also available.

Outside, the property forms part of a small seafront complex of two autonomous villas set within walking distance of the sea. The private outdoor area centres around a swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. A shaded living and dining space with patio furniture and a gas barbecue invites relaxed meals while enjoying views over the Cretan Sea. A private parking space for one car is available on request, with additional free street parking nearby.

The swimming pool may be heated free of charge from April to the end of May and from mid-September to the end of October upon request, subject to weather conditions. Between early June and mid-September pool heating is available at an additional cost with three days’ notice, except during July and August when heating is unavailable due to high ambient temperatures. Housekeeping is included every two to three days, with linen and towel changes once for stays of five to seven nights and every four days for longer stays. A climate resilience fee of €2 per night from April to October and €0.50 per night from November to March is payable in cash on arrival in accordance with local regulations.
