Our rates include cleaning services at no extra cost or fees. For stays of 7 days or more, we usually offer weekly cleaning with fresh bedsheets, linens, and towels. For shorter stays, or if you wish for more frequent cleaning, please request beforehand. We'll try to handle your needs, courtesy of the management, at no extra cost (free of additional charges).

In accordance with Greek noise laws all guests are required to keep noise to a minimum, which includes avoiding loud music, construction activities, noisy discussions, and the unnecessary use of alarms or security systems. The quiet hours in Greek/Athens local timezone are: From April 1st until September 30th: 3 PM 5:30 PM (15:00 17:30 EEST, UTC+3) 11 PM 7 AM (23:00 07:00 EEST, UTC+3) (next day) From October 1st until March 31st: 3:30 PM 5:30 PM (15:30 17:30 EET, UTC+2) 10 PM 7:30 AM (22:00 07:30 EET, UTC+2) (next day) Pool maintenance is conducted twice weekly. During these times, guests are required to temporary vacate the pool and refrain from private activities such as nude swimming during these times. Please note that the pool is closed during the winter months, approximately from November 1st to March 31st. However, depending on availability and weather conditions, the pool may remain open in November if there are significant bookings.
