SUNNY VACAY consists of 2 individually designed 2-storey luxury constructions, the ‘‘apartment ’’ & the ‘‘villa ’’ ’
The property covers 200m2 and sleeps 12 guests in 6 bedrooms
The surrounding area has a total area of 2,000. Sq. meters with comfortable parking spaces and large outdoor spaces.


The Villa
Ground Floor
Entering from the main entrance on the ground floor of Villa we meet the living room with 4 seater sofa and armchairs. Also on the ground floor is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a WC.

Level -1
Here we meet bedroom #1 with its own bathroom with shower, 42’ TV, and possibility for 1 KING SIZE BED or 2 SINGLE BEDS.
Also on the same level is an extra WC with shower & room with washer & dryer.

Level +1 ( First Floor)
Here we meet bedroom #2 with its own bathroom with shower, 42’ TV, and 1 KING SIZE BED
Also on the same level is bedroom #3 with its own bathroom with shower, 42’ TV, and 1 KING SIZE BED
With an internal staircase from bedroom #3 we will level up and meet the attic with a 1 KING SIZE BED (room #4)



The Apartment

Entering from the Central Entrance on the ground floor of the apartment we find the living room with 4 seater sofa and armchairs. Also on the ground floor is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen.
On the ground floor is bedroom #5 with 1 KING SIZE BED and WC with shower

Here we meet bedroom #6 with its own bathroom with shower, 42’ TV, and possibility for 1 KING SIZE BED or 2 SINGLE BEDS
