The villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 people and features 4 bedrooms, a large private heated infinity swimming pool, and a fantastic outdoor dining and BBQ area.
Combined with multiple balconies and terraces which were designed to be both private and also showcase the fantastic views, the villa also boasts a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area inside the villa.

Perfect for a family or as a holiday retreat, this home is ideally positioned to enjoy the proximity to the beaches, cafes, and restaurants and at the same time being in a private location with no one near to disturb the calm scenery.
On the main terrace, next to the living room and kitchen, there is a designer dining room where you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast in the sun as well as a perfect dinner at sunset.
The main living room is located at the pool level and has direct access to the main terrace and outdoor dining area covered with a gazebo.
It features designer dining rooms and sofas, a flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioning, 60 DVDs and a Bose sound system. The kitchen is fully equipped and located at the pool level.
The house can accommodate up to 10 guests in 8 of 4 spacious double bedrooms, and 2 more people can sleep in the living room.
The bedrooms have large walls with windows that offer sea views while you relax. While each bedroom has its own bathroom or shower and stylish sink, the en suite bathroom has an additional bath, shower, toilet and Corian sink.
This bathroom can be used, for example, if the second living room is used as a bedroom, as it is located next to the living room.
