Koralia villa, is fully equipped with what any travellers need to be completely independent and enjoy their vacation under the sunny weather of Crete. Located on top of a hill, to the aristocratic Halepa area, offering a majestic view of the whole surrounding area. Minutes away from city centre (5-6min drive) and a couple of kilometres away from the famous Marathi and Loutraki sandy beach, with supermarket only 40sec afar, yes, you are reading 40sec.

The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a spacious living room with two sofas and two dining areas, although we recommend to use the large balconies to serve your meals.
There are three private large balconies It is ideal for families or large groups also great for those who seek total privacy and relaxation while sunbathing, dining or sipping your favourite drink surrounded by this beautiful Cretan setting!

• Bedrooms
All bedrooms are elegantly decorated in plain earthly colours with discreet pictures on the walls, curtains, lampshades and cushions. All of them are fully air-conditioned and have access to the terrace and the amazing views of Chania and the Aegean Sea! A private resort and a paradise setting only for our guests!
Fresh Linen is provided to all our guests for the duration of their stay! A baby cot is provided at no extra cost.

• Bathrooms
There are 2 bathrooms. A washing machine is available and of course, shampoo and soap are provided along with other toiletries and essentials!

• Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen offers you all necessary amenities to prepare any kind of a meal without any hassle! The kitchen has access to the balcony with an outdoor table providing a great dining space enough for 6 guests.

• Living Room
There is one living room and two dinning areas. The rooms are beautifully decorated in pale colours and textiles of luxurious aesthetics matching the furniture. Large windows offer a majestic view day or night and the balcony door leads to a balcony where dinner should be served! There is a TV and an air conditioner. The living room has also a main dining space and direct access to the kitchen.

Koralia Villa, is less than a minute away from a huge super market that has everything inside. City centre is 6min driving and Airport only 10-12min driving. All of the houses have spacious balconies with unobstructed views of the city and the sea even the white mountains.
