As you step through the entrance, you are greeted by a grand, elongated hallway that stretches invitingly before you. The space is elegantly framed by high ceilings and sleek, minimalistic lines that highlight its architectural grace. Soft, recessed lighting casts a gentle glow along the walls, creating a warm and welcoming ambiance.
Layout
Beach Rock spans across two elegant levels. On the ground floor, youll discover the open-plan living and kitchen area, alongside all five luxurious bedrooms, and the lower floor features a playroom and a laundry room.
Ground Floor
As you enter this exquisite space, youre immediately captivated by its modern layout and sophisticated design. Large, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors create a stunning effect, disappearing seamlessly into the walls. This design offers an unparalleled connection to the outdoors, allowing you to experience the beauty of the landscape and sea.
The living room features a lush and stylish sofa with an 85" TV, and a SONOS Bluetooth Speaker with a subwoofer, creating a haven of comfort and entertainment. The kitchen area is outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances, making a self-catered holiday seem effortless, and an island, equipped with six stools. The dining table comfortably seats up to 12 guests and offers an endless blue backdrop that invites you to unwind and savor the serene atmosphere. This area also features a half bathroom, for added convenience.
Strolling down the hallway, offering soft ambient lighting, you will find five bedrooms, designed with attention to detail. Each bedroom offers COCO-MAT mattresses ensuring ultimate comfort and restful nights, SONOS Bluetooth Speakers, and direct access to the pool area, accompanied by unobstructed views of the pool and sea.
The first and second bedrooms, both feature 2 twin-size beds (0,90 x 2,00), which can be formed into King-size beds (1,80 x 2,00) upon request. These rooms also feature an en-suite shared bathroom with a stand-up shower, a self-controlled A/C, a floor-to-ceiling closet, and an office desk.
The third bedroom features a king-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower and bathtub, a self-controlled A/C, a floor-to-ceiling closet, and an office desk.

Lower Floor
The lower floor is dedicated to entertainment and fitness, featuring a playroom that boasts a 75" TV, a PlayStation 5, and a plush sofa, creating a perfect haven for both kids and adults to dive into endless fun and entertainment. The fitness equipment features, yoga mats and free weights, in order for you to stay active during your holiday.
On this floor, you will also find a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer, a sink, and cabinets that offer ample storage space.
Outdoor area
The outdoor oasis of this villa features a stunning 90 sqm infinity pool that seamlessly blends with the horizon, offering breathtaking views of Kalathas Beach. Six luxurious sunbeds invite you to bask in the sun, while three lush seating areas provide perfect spots for relaxation and conversation.
A spacious dining table, accommodating up to ten guests, sets the stage for memorable al fresco meals against the backdrop of the shimmering sea. The entire space is designed to embrace the natural beaut of the surroundings, creating a perfect retreat for relaxation and entertainment.
The exterior of Villa Beach Rock covers 500m2 and offers many facilities including:
-25 meter long private swimming pool. 90 sq.m, 1.5 m depth with step access. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge upon request and it has to be used for the entire stay.
