The property is within a 5 acres plot and it is located in the municipality town Perivolia of Chania, 4.5 km south of the city of Chania, at an altitude of 90 meters, in the northern foothills of the White Mountains. The villa has easy and direct access to Chania (8-10 mins drive from the city center) and the highway (4-5 mins) in several different ways.

An ultra age-old olive tree of great historical and cultural value has given the name to the region and was also the source of inspiration for the name of the complex. The story says that once it was the only tree in the area. Today it stands out because of its size. The trunk at the base has a perimeter of 13 meters and it is divided into 5 other trunks that form a huge nest. The surrounding area is shaped for the protection of the tree as well as for the use of the shade and tranquility that offers.
