"The room was cleaned daily and very well. The receptionist, Hara, was sweet and welcoming and helpful all the way. Breakfast was served from 8-10 on 1 min away hotel from the same chain and the staff there were also very friendly and welcoming. The view from the Balcony to the Venetian Harbor is even prettier in person (the photos here are only a snippet). Thank you for the great experience! We will be back"

Sacada vista lateral do porto.

"Excelente hotel, próximo a tudo"

"Hotel excelente. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente. Não existem pontos negativos. 100% perfeitos."

"Very nice hotel and extremely friendly and attentive staff. Perfect location. Thank you"

"We travel a reasonable amount and we just say this was one of the most unique and enjoyable rooms we have ever stayed in. Every single detail of the room is impeccable. The original distressed stained coffered ceilings, the wall murals, the furniture, the bathrooms, the configuration. As real estate owners we could even appreciate the level of detail in the electrical and plumbing. The patio was not huge but it was very adequate and provided an immersive feeling in the whole Hania Old Port vibe....

"Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel.

"Cristina was very helpful and attentive, she is great! The hotel is in great localization with a very new structure, but it has strong infrastructure limitations that affect the overall experience and that are not clear when we book it. The property is split in 2 buildings in a tiny street not accessible directly by car. This said, the main thing is one of the buildings does not have a lift/elevator and this is not mentioned in this platform. We are not informed which rooms has a lift or not....

"Quarto bom e amplo . Funcionários simpaticos Duche sem proteção de água . Pequeno almoço básico"

"The location was great in the old historic town with immediate access to restaurants and bars good wi-fi and friendly staff and clean rooms"
