"Excellent hotel and accommodation. We had a hard time finding seats by the pool, though. Many clients leave their stuff on the pool chairs to “occupy” them, and leave."

"We had a great experience at this hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk from Chania’s charming Old Town. The rooms are comfortable, the shower is fantastic, and the amenities are high quality. One of the highlights was the pool area facing the sunset, and the jacuzzi overlooking the sea is simply amazing. Breakfast had a good variety, and the orange pie was absolutely delicious — we just wish it had been available more than once! The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel very welcome. The only downside is the lack of a gym, which would have made the experience perfect. Still, we would definitely stay here again!"

"No dia que chegamos ao Hotel, fomos muito bem recebidos pela Maria, inclusive com taça de vinho, e auxilio com as malas ficamos encantados, porém no checkout o atendimento foi bem diferente, fiquei chocada, pedi para solicitarem um táxi e um copo de água, não conseguiram me atender nestes dois simples pedidos, muito menos com as malas!"
