"This is our second stay at Crowne Plaza Phoenix and it won't be our last. Both times, the hotel was exactly what we were hoping and the staff is awesome. The only minor issue we had was with the bartender - there were 3 people at the bar, 3 women at one table and 3 of us near the fireplace. He absolutely ignored us and we finally had to walk up to the bar to get drinks. No big deal, just disappointing."
