"I was very disappointed at the property in the upkeep of my room there are a lot of things unrepared looks like the door was had been damaged or kicked in at one time the phone didn't work in the room the alarm clock radio was broken and the water in the bathtub did not drain but slowly."

"I was very upset because we had one towel. That was given to us.I asked for extra, and they stated that they only give one set of towels out.There was no towels actually even to wash my face. Now, talking about breakfast, the only thing that they actually had was cereal.But they had no milk.They had no sugar for the coffee, no creamer.For the coffee and they didn't have anything else to eat"

We were there for a funeral and were trying to be with family. They weren’t staying the night, just visiting, but it was a surprise and just didn’t sit well with us; it felt like we were being constantly being watched. "
