"Lived up to expectations"

"Excellent I wish all Indian hotels were as good as this! Great and helpful staff. Good comfortable rooms. Good food and varied menu. Very good laundry service. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel "

Extremely uncomfortable to sleep and make creaking noise when turn from one side to other. We stayed in more than 50 hotels but we haven't come across this in any of them. Please remove the plastic cover when it's used by a guest and then put it back...
