The Cocoonr agency is offering this 40 m² flat for rent in Chamrousse, within walking distance of the ski resort, which can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An open-plan living area with a TV, sofa, dining area and a kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher and hob...
- A bedroom with a bunk bed (sleeps 3)
- A sleeping area with a double bed (140x190) on a loft platform, adjoining the bedroom
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A 4 m² balcony (length: 1m20) facing due south, with a table and chairs to enjoy the sunny days

The flat is ideally situated in Chamrousse, right by the gondola lift, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as restaurants, a mini-market, a bakery and patisserie, regional specialities, cheeses and charcuterie, and several bars and restaurants where you can enjoy mountain specialities.

Activities:
- Winter: ESF (French Ski School), skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing, dog sledding and entertainment, a 2 km giant zip line.
- Summer: hiking (Lake Achard, the Robert Lakes), mountain biking, Bike Park, via ferrata, rock climbing, all-season tobogganing, mountain karting and zip line.
- Family: numerous activities and entertainment for all ages (nursery).
- Relaxation: mountain walks, yoga and a spa with swimming pool, sauna, steam room and massages.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat. During the winter season, there is a charge for parking spaces at the foot of the slopes.

- Nearest airport: Grenoble Alpes Isère Airport, 1 hour 15 minutes away
- Within the resort, shuttle buses operate between the different areas.

- Potential noise disturbance during your stay: as the accommodation is situated in the heart of the resort, some noise from the terraces may be audible from time to time at lunchtime. In the event of heavy snowfall, snow-clearing operations may also cause noise, sometimes at night, mainly on the living room side (the windows are double-glazed).
