Located on the highest resort of Chamrousse Roche Béranger 1750m with a 6-seater chairlift at 50 m to take you to the entire ski area, 8 minutes walk from the shopping center and 4 minutes by free shuttle (yellow line) that you can take the foot of the residence Le Claret.

New kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, microwave oven, oven, toaster, crockery, Nespresso machine, raclette and fondue.

Living room: 1 convertible sofa bed 160 x 2000 cm (2 places), 1 bunk bed + drawer bed in an alcove separated by a curtain (3 beds of 900x190 cm) allowing 3 beds adults or children.

IMPORTANT

• On your arrival on Saturday (from noon): Consult the inventory sheet of the studio, report any inconvenience you might encounter caused by the previous tenant (degradations, theft, household bacle, bins not discarded).

• Departure on Saturday before 10am having taken care to clean, empty the trash, stop the electric heater.

At your disposal :

- 4 duvets and 5 pillows
- Kettle
- Nespresso coffee machine
- Fully equipped kitchen (cutlery, pots, pans, raclette and fondue ...)
- hair dryer, cleaning products
- toilet paper

To provide :

- Sheets, duvet covers (1 bed 160x200, 3 beds 90x190 cm), pillowcases
- Towels
- NESPRESSO coffee pods (or compatible)
- Tea towel

RETURN THE KEYS:

15 days before your departure, I send you the keys of the studio in letter followed to your postal address.

After your departure, you must send me back the keys as soon as possible in a bubble envelope in letter followed to the address:
