"The only big complaint was we stayed for 4 nights and never had maid service. We only needed towels replaced and never got them. I never complained because we left so early and got back so late we worked it out. I could have gone down to get more towels at the desk but was hopeful they would show up the next day and they never did."

"Spacious and clean rooms and super friendly staff."

"Breakfast was excellent."

"O quarto é bem limpo, grande e agradável, cama comfortavel, chuveiro ótimo. Funcionarios super atenciosos.

"The hotel lobby was clean, however the room we checked into was shabby looking. The sheer curtains were torn & had red stains it, which appeared to look like blood. The air conditioner lid was broken. The furniture couch and chair had stains on it and looked uncleaned. I was not pleased with it. It felt uncomfortable and unpleasant. I asked for another room, and was able to get a different room."

"The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Our flight was very early and the shuttle was ready to take us to the airport right on time. Our room was clean and comfortable. We left too early to enjoy the breakfast."

"Very nice place"

"Wonderful hosts Darlene and Phil made our stay very pleasant. From giving us chairs and blankets to keep us warm during the Hot air balloon Fiesta to sweet desserts at night. Clean, quiet, nice ambiance, private porch, beautiful rose garden We have the best memories staying here Thank you!"
