I initially paid for the property protection offered by Vrbo and had to purchase an another property protection plan because the process to register for this property it’s mandatory you purchase the plan they offer. I mentioned this in the inbox with no response to this. The very first message I sent was letting them know if it was a price for pool heating I wanted to pay it. It was in the register as additional amnesties so I paid 40 I asked did they receive payment . I was told yes but I only paid for one day there was an three day minimum so I went back and paid for the other two days I again asked had they received payment the next day (which it was always a long time before any response would come) i received message stating payment was received. In hindsight it is possible they were referring to unit rental payment not pool heating payment but if it wasn’t in reference to me asking them to please check if it was received that would be a huge issue if I was ignored when they can see pool heating was important to us . I reached out to the property manager different the. Agent who handles the vrbo clients and I paid them and they came and took care of it but they told me the other agent told them I hadn’t purchased heating so I reached back out and they kept stating they never confirmed payment while I have screen shots and receipts but there was no email or phone I could send my pictures and receipts I just said I would dispute charges which I was trying to avoid becaue
