Upon arrival the pool was completely green, the master bedrooms sheets had not been changed (there was hair and a pack of gum under the pillow) and it smelled of weed and urine. The beds are very hard and the bedding was old and stained. The upstairs couch was stained, so i covered it with sheets. I notified management and they came to add chlorine. Advised the the chlorinator was broken. The pool stayed cloudy and uncleaned for our entire stay. Green slimy algae. We skimmed out a bandaid, clumps of hair and stickers. The resort itself is nice. Not a lot of privacy, if we had been able to use the pool. I paid the 150 pet deposit but we found a sitter so didnt bring her, they said it smelled like dog and sent a picture of poop. Upon leaving my son couldn't find his watch, although it was inside the house. The cleaners had arrived so we gave them a description. The next day the watch pinged from a cellular store where someone tried to have it reset. Fast forward 5 days. My credit card was charged by the host fraudulently and without explanation or notification. Management became very rude and vindictive when i rightfully complained. I would not recommend dealing with this company. The home could have been nice. I can look past some things. But an unusable pool with 2 kids is upsetting. Unauthorized use of my card is upsetting. Spending hours upon hours sending emails, taking pictures and fighting back and forth made the entire vacation and aftermath a complete nightmare
