Woodridge 9111 features eight steps for entry, is multi-level, and offers

internet access. This unit is rated premier and accommodates up to eight

guests.



Thirteen steps up from the entry foyer, you'll find the living room equipped

with a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. The fully functional kitchen

includes a breakfast bar with three stools, while the dining room seats six.

This level also features a queen bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a full

bath.



Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have

queen beds, flat-screen TVs, and full baths, while the fourth bedroom boasts a

king bed, flat-screen TV, and its own full bath.



Located in the Villages community, Woodridge provides complimentary shuttle

service to the slopes. The deck does not have a gas grill. All homes include

whole-house air conditioning, a washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included),

iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the living room, dishwasher (detergent

provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not included), and a fully functional

kitchen. Also included are paper towels, trash bags, and toilet tissue.



Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on

location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site

within the communities.



During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis and basketball

courts. It does not offer access to the community pools. However, all condo

guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot

tubs (reservations required).
