  • Nossa cabine Chalet Bear Claw, perto de Seven Springs e Hidden Valley Resorts, acomoda até 9 pessoas e tem 2 banheiros. Este chalé rústico tem um quarto principal com cama queen-size, dois lofts e um sofá-cama na sala de estar. Um loft tem 3 camas de solteiro e o segundo loft tem uma cama de tamanho normal. O segundo loft também pode acomodar um colchão de ar completo ou queen size, se necessário. O Bear Claw Chalet possui uma cozinha completa equipada com panelas, frigideiras, pratos, talheres e utensílios de cozinha. Basta trazer suas compras ou pedir que você escolha algumas antes de sua estadia!

    Este chalé está localizado a apenas 8 km do Seven Springs Mountain Resort e das áreas de esqui de Hidden Valley. Por que ficar em um condomínio abafado quando você pode experimentar uma cabana na montanha da vida real enquanto visita alguma das atrações da área? Desfrute de um ar limpo e fresco da montanha, de cabines espaçosas afastadas da agitação da montanha. O Bear Claw Chalet é perfeito para uma escapadela de casal ou férias de esqui em família.

    Lareiras! Temos uma lareira a lenha totalmente equipada com lenha para a sua estadia. Jack Claycomb era um mestre pedreiro e construiu à mão nossa enorme lareira para ser o ponto focal central do chalé na montanha Bear Claw.

    Chalé de montanha autêntico - Bear Claw é uma cabana na montanha autêntica, não um condomínio vestido para parecer uma cabana. O chalé Bear Claw foi construído inteiramente com madeira de origem local, que apresenta vigas de madeira maciças e interior de corte irregular. Você não encontrará 30 gramas de drywall nesta casa de madeira. Os troncos ainda têm a casca!

    Animais de estimação - Somos amantes de animais de estimação! Congratulamo-nos com a maioria das raças de cães, uma raridade aqui no Planalto Laurel. No entanto, temos algumas restrições de raça, já que existem várias cabines em nossa propriedade.

    Vida Selvagem e Observação de Pássaros - O Bear Claw Chalet possui um grande alimentador de pássaros no deck de madeira que atrai todos os tipos de pássaros, desde Blue-Jays, Cardeais, Pica-paus e uma variedade de tentilhões. Parcelas de cervos são montadas perto da cabine que atrai cervos de cauda branca, além de esquilos e uma ou duas raposas cinzentas ocasionais.

7 Springs Weekend

We really enjoyed staying here and would do it again! The cabin was perfect for the 6 of us and just a few minutes down the hill from 7 Springs.

The best cabin in the woods!

Great cabin and owners, close to everything but also secluded. The fireplace makes everything so cozy. Would definitely stay there again.

The best cabin trip ever

This weekend trip with friends was made perfect by the host and the beautiful cabin! Julie was such a great host, and we truly couldn’t have found a better or more beautiful place to stay. This absolutely will be a yearly trip for us.

Weekend Get Away

My husband & I spent the weekend in this charming cabin. The cabin is well equipped and very comfortable & cozy. The owner, Dave made us feel very welcomed. And the location is very convenient, close to our favorite Laurel Mountain locations.

This chalet was not like our last experience via VRBO, (That cabin should have been an arson project!) Claycomb Chalets is a jewel and really needs to be experienced. Julie and Dave were awesome hosts and made sure we were comforatable during our too short a stay. We ARE going to return for another visit in the not too distant future.

Perfect Place

I was looking for a reasonably priced place to stay near 7 Springs and this cabin ended up being the perfect spot. Just minutes away from the resort with everything I could have asked for. Lots of space, warm, comfortable, with full kitchen. I was very impressed. It was obvious to me that the property is maintained very well. I would love to stay here again when I come back next year.

This chalet is in the perfect location. The property is so unique and beautiful. We loved everything about it! Family ski trip

Family ski trip and stayed at these cool cabins short distance from Seven Springs resort. Our teenagers loved the lifts for sleeping and my husband and I also liked that we could bring our dogs with us. The cabin was very clean and stocked with wood for fireplace and fir pit outside. Kitchen had everything to cook with. Grocery store is up the road if you need anything. We had an awesome time and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful, relaxing

The chalet was so cozy and inviting! It was well stocked with everything needed. We loved the outdoor space as well and building fires at night! We had chickens visit from a neighbor's home! We put food in the bird feeder and enjoyed watching the birds. At times, we had poor internet connectivity, but, we were there to relax and enjoy, so not a big deal! Our dog loved it too! The area was gorgeous with lots of places to shop!

Our chalet was super clean and comfortable. The hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is great—easy to access all major Laurel Highlands attractions.

Cabin was beautiful. Only thing I'd have different is the fire pit behind the cabin.

There wasn't much room to sit around the fire as it was right against the driveway. The cabin was beautiful and clean. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

Perfect spot for a rustic getaway

My friend and I had an excellent time staying at Claycomb Chalet. The rustic space was well appointed, charming & comfortable. The hostess Julie, greeted me upon arrival and shared that her father built the cabins in the 70's and you can immediately imagine generations of family and friends gathering at the cabins to share fun and memorable times together. It's wonderful that others now have the opportunity to share in such a special place. She was also kind enough to share some home grown vegetables from her garden which we prepared as part of our food for our stay. Overall our stay was everything we had hoped it will be and we will be back for sure!!

Wonderful cozy cabin stay

The Claycomb Chalet was ideal for our family of four. Our teenagers squealed with delight when they saw that they each got their own loft space. The cabin has a beautiful chalet ambiance and the location was ideal for access to all the Frank Lloyd Wrigjt homes in the area as well as the natural features of Ohiopyle State Park. I have already recommended the property to friends who want to visit the area.

Great place for the whole family!

My family and I enjoyed taking a trip to this lovely chalet in the woods. We enjoyed ourselves, however the few times I stopped by the property manager‘s office to inquire about something I couldn’t locate them. A couple times the Wi-Fi performed very poorly, other times it worked fine. That is obviously not the main reason why you get a cabin in the woods, but it would’ve been nice if it worked at night. Other small maintenance items like the faucet dripping in the kitchen, the front door being very tough to lock, the slide door having no handle, and a few other small items, did not completely detract from the experience, but could use repair. Overall my family and I really loved it, I would go back again. Hope this helps you.

A slice of heaven!

Our 3 day visit was for a family reunion with two senior citizens, 3 children (ages 9-3), two dogs, and two adults. Booking and check in was easy, communication for questions via Vrbo messaging was quick, and both Dave and Julie were accommodating to a sudden change in our reservation. We didn't meet the host (Julie) until the evening before check-out, but she was very friendly. The location is absolutely stunning. Quiet and spacious with a well equipped kitchen and laundry room. The wi-fi was spotty and worked some of the time, which we used just because it rained for the first two days of our visit. The cabin was very clean and was a comfortable stay. Our only complaints were that the bird feeder was empty and we didn't know we needed to bring seed, the picnic table pictured in the listing wasn't there, and the master bed is a full size, not a queen which made for difficult sleeping with a very tall husband and a toddler in bed. Overall, it is a wonderful location and we would absolutely stay again. My kids are already begging to go back!

Wonderful

This was my first cabin experience so I was really excited. The cabin was clean and smelled freshly done. It's much more beautiful and spacious in person, the pics don't do them justice. There were only a few inconveniences such as the microwave not working and the internet connection being really bad but we wanted to use the grill anyway and went stargazing since the wifi was spotty, which only made for great memories. There was plenty of firewood to keep the fireplace burning and the area was so quiet and peaceful. The owners never came out to greet us but that's ok, we just assumed they didn't see us pull in. Overall, it was a wonderful, relaxing, peaceful cabin and I 100% recommend this cabin for couples, families, or even just a spot for friends to get away from the city.

Pennsylvania Escape

House was perfect for our getaway...including our fur babies! Nearby white water rafting, segway tours, clay shooting and lots of other activities for active teenagers. Home owners couldn't have been nicer! Thinking of making it an annual visit!
